  Atop the Parnidžio kopa sand dune and looking southward from the Lithuanian portion and toward the Russian portion of the Curonian Spit, visible, if only barely, to the viewer's left is the Kuršių marios – Kuršu joma – Curonian Lagoon – Куршский залив – Kurisches Haff and to the viewer's right the Baltijos jūra – Baltijas jūra – Baltic Sea – Балтийское море – Ostsee.  
  Visible, if only barely, from this vantage point atop the Parnidžio kopa sand dune in the Lithuanian portion of the Curonian Spit, looking southward toward the Russian portion of the Spit, one can see both the Kuršių marios – Kuršu joma – Curonian Lagoon – Куршский залив – Kurisches Haff, to the viewer's left, and the Baltijos jūra – Baltijas jūra – Baltic Sea – Балтийское море – Ostsee, to the viewer's right.
